About the owner
My name is Ivona Stead- Owner of MNA BUSINESS SOLUTIONS, LLC. I was born with a passion for helping people and a love for numbers. I started this journey with the idea to help you understand what your numbers really mean and take bookkeeping off your shoulder so that you focus on bringing revenue to your business. I included Tax Services so that when the tax season approaches, you have nothing to worry about when it comes to filing reports and forms. To help you utilize all the tax credits you are entitled to and help you minimize your tax liability.
Before starting MNA BUSINESS SOLUTIONS, I graduated with Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and obtained a professional certificate of completion in the Chartered Tax Professional program. I am a certified Quickbooks Online ProAdvisor and a member of Bookkeeping Launch. I am currently enrolled in the MAcc Program at the University of South Dakota- Beacom School of Business.
While working as a Financial Controller and General Manager in NYC, I have successfully handled finance and other departments. Helping the owners hit and exceed the budgeted numbers motivated me to help other businesses in need.

Digital Bookkeeping is a cost-effective way of having your books up to date. All work is performed remotely using cloud-based accounting software and receipt management tools, all with a bank-level security.
We are using Quickbooks Online accounting software which is a ‘cloud-based software’. It allows accountants and owners to access the financials at anytime, from any device and at any location. All information is stored safely in ‘the cloud’.
We offer our products to mostly services-based businesses as well as small product-based businesses located in United States. If you think that you do not fall in this category, do not be discouraged. We can discuss possible referrals to some of our partner Bookkeeping firms.
Certainly. We manage multiple businesses from same ownership.
Just because every business is different, and every stage of the business is different, we are unable to give a price that will fit all. The price is determined based on multiple factors and such will be discussed on our consultation. For example, there are businesses that have only one bank account to be monitored; other businesses have three or more bank accounts and credit cards; Some businesses require tracking of depreciation, loans, employee payroll, inventory; Some businesses are backed up with bookkeeping and require a clean-up so that they could be brought up-to-date and etc. The best is to schedule a consultation so that we can make a proper evaluation of your business and determine a price which will be customized to your specific business needs.
Sometimes the time and the effort that you put into learning new systems and skills can be a bit overwhelming and that is why we suggest that you focus on bringing the revenue to your business and leave the bookkeeping to us. However, we do understand that at the early stage of your business you might have some spare time for this purpose. We offer complete Qiuckbooks Setup and training customized to your business. At any time, you can switch to one of our services.
Tax Interviews are performed remotely over Zoom or Webex meetings. For secure transfer of documents we use our tax software document management. Our tax software integrates with Secure File Pro to provide clients with an easy way to share and access documents. It allows users to store documents of any kind. Software’s e-sign and e-pay products are utilized to provide faster and secure tax preparation process.
